  1. 1/4 Cup of almonds is about 20 almonds which is equal to 207 calories and 18.1 grams of fat. Be sure to measure your almonds and not over do it. I had one client that was “snacking” on 1 1/2 cups per day. That is 1,242 calories and 108.6 grams of fat! 20 almonds is more than enough.

    Billy how are the cinamon and brown sugared covered almonds? Are they better for you than the chocolate covered?

    Of course, I’m joking everyone knows the chocolates are waaay better for you!

    In all seriousness, great tip…I have found your observation to be exactly true. watch your quantities…even too much of a good thing can be bad for you!

    Thanks BB3 for the solid info. It’s true, people eat from the bag and end up taking in way too many almonds. The best thing to do is to use a measuring cup like the one that you show in the video and pour them into your hand and then walk away. That way you won’t overeat.
