Physical Training - Workouts

Five Fat Burning Workouts

It’s a holiday weekend here in the States

and with holidays come a whole lot of food,

missed workouts and most of the time it’s

all washed down with fat storing enemy

numero uno – alcohol!

My advice is simple – enjoy your friends, family,

free time and even the food.

But…..

Let’s minimize damage with 3 simple actions.

1. Don’t Drink & Drive.  Seriously.

2. Don’t eat until you feel like you’re going

to explode.  It makes you fat and you feel

disgusting afterwards.  The only exceptions are

if you are in a hot dog eating contest or training

to become a sumo wrestler.

3. Move your ass.  By working out you create

a hormonal environment that helps incinerate

the excess calories.  Not all of them of course but

it will help minimize the damage.

To help you get started here are 5 fat burning

workouts on me.  Enjoy!

Nutrition - Effective Eating

A Different Approach to Fat Loss and Body Transformation

I am about to embark on a new nutrition

and training program to get ultra ripped.

Why you ask?

I am speaking at

an international nutrition conference in

Vegas next month so

I want to make sure I represent well.

Of course, I will be wearing a suit so

no one will be able to tell (except for me

and that is all that matters. 🙂

Ok enough about me its time to share

some of the magic with you…

One principle that is often neglected

is preparing the body’s inner machinery

to burn fat and build muscle optimally.

Most people go on programs that FORCE

the body to change.  These programs are often

characterized by low calorie intake (less than 1200)

and a lot of exercise.  This always leads to short

term results and endless fluctuations in body weight.

This is a short term approach.

If you want to create lasting change you must work with

the body, not against it.

For example, if your body can not fully digest and absorb

the healthy foods you are eating then your results

will be limited at best.  Not only that but you will feel

sluggish and bloated every time you eat.

So how do you know if you are digesting properly?

There are many methods.  Here’s one I have used

with great success over the last 5 plus years.

Before I go here is something to think about…

Almost every “expert” promotes working your ass off

and eating less yet almost everyone who does this fails

over the long term.

In the short term, they lose some but

after that they lose and gain back the same 10 to 20 pounds

over and over again.

Hmmm Maybe eating less and exercising until you puke is

not the answer.

It’s time to change our thinking and our actions.

It’s the only way to create lasting physical change.

Change your mind then you change your body.

Stay focused and Live Greatly,
