What to eat? Blueberry Pancakes

This recipe comes from my friend and super chef Christopher Anderson. Not only are these delicious but they are simple to make and fit right into the lean and mean lifestyle! Enjoy!
Blueberry Pancakes
Ingredients:
5 egg whites
1 large egg
½ cup oatmeal, dry
½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
½ cup blueberries
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Method of Preparation:
1) Place all the ingredients in a blender except for the blueberries and blend until smooth. Fold in the blueberries. Enjoy!
2) Pre-heat a medium nonstick pan. Lightly spray the pan with non stick cooking spray.
3) Pour ¼ cup of the batter in the pan and cook until the edges are brown. Flip and cook the other side until lightly browned.
4) Eat!
