TOMB RAIDER Workout – Billy Beck III in INDIA

Filmed Live in New Delhi, India. This workout is called the TOMB RAIDER (for obvious reasons). Watch the video for a special guest appearance of wild man, Nick Sethi, and if you are lucky Angelina Jolie will come busting out of the Tomb as Lara Croft!
The TOMB RAIDER Workout
1. 20 Walking Lunges Arms Overhead Twist
2. 10 Push-ups
3. Run 20 meters
4. Cliff Hangers 10-30 seconds
5. Repeat but perform only 9 push-ups this time. Next time, do 8. Keep going until you hit 1 then if you have it in you then go back up to 10. That’s a total of 110 push-ups, 400 walking lunges and almost 3 minutes of hanging by your finger tips.

  1. If you don’t have Tomb nearby you can do this modified version called the GAUNTLET. See it here: http://liveg.radicalsem.com//physical-training-workouts-home-exercise-programs/the-gauntlet/#respond

  2. I guess I wasn’t lucky because I didn’t see Angelina Jolie bust out of the tomb 🙁 LOL. Leave it up to Billy Beck himself, so create bad-ass/effective workouts even while @ a park in India. Can’t wait to see the other vids!

Hey Billy! I’m from your hometown; Pittsburgh!! =) I started training at the same gym you used to train at, I believe, just after you left. As well, your sister was truly who inspired me to do what I love to do! =) Just wanted to give you a shout out!! =) I came upon some of your information a few weeks ago while doing some research, and signed up for your newsletter! Love your information and workouts!! Thank you for sharing your gift! Keep doing what you are doing!! =)

  4. Thanks for the shout out Katie! I love Pittsburgh! Go Steelers! So you train at Alexanders? Tell Geoff I said HI when you see him. He’s a good dude.

  5. Katie says:

WAS at Alexanders, yes! Began my training career there back in 2001-ish. Was there briefly, then went out on my own, and almost four years ago began my organized boot camps. I’ve never been a ‘traditional’ style trainer! That’s why I love your workouts! =) Go Steelers!! =)
