Serves 2-4

This dish is so easy to make even I can do it. It takes about 20 minutes to make. I like to make
extra and put it in a container for a later meal. Always be prepared!

• 1 packet low sodium Taco seasoning
• 2 C. chopped vegetables
• 1 tsp. Coconut Oil
• 2 T. Organic Salsa

1. Place a skillet on Medium heat

5. Cook over Medium heat covered until top whitens.
