  1. Here is a great audio program you can start with. It isn’t easy to find in stores but I found a few on amazon. It also comes with a DVD. Here is the link:

Let me know which programs you dig. I am always looking for a spark!

Just took a drive to Tampa last weekend & listened to “Think and Grow Rich” for the third time. What better of a way to spend 8 hours in a car by yourself? You learn something new each time you listen to the book. Great advice and a great way to take yourself to the TOP!

  3. Think And Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill…written in the 1920s is the classic of all classics in the personal development arena! Good call B-Francis! “As a Man Thinketh” by James Allen is another great one.

Through all the many years on the road, in planes (logged over 3 million air miles), trains, and automobiles, I have been fortunate to always travel with plenty of books and audio programs. These I used as tools to help better myself in so many ways…in nutrition, in life, with meditation, inspiration and for centering myself. I’ve listened to Anthony Robbins from the boardwalk in Nice, France to a park in Brooklyn, NY. Spent many afternoons reading in the Notre Dame Piaza in Paris, France. Listened to Dr. Wayne Dyer on the coast of Spain and learned meditation techniques from Shakti Gawain in Oxford, England. In many cases it was those books and audio programs that kept me sane while allowing me to better myself.

Audio books are a great way to turn a long drive into quality time. I drive about 40 min each way to work and these work perfect for me. I listened to both of Nicholas Boothman’s books, “How to Make People Like You in 90 Seconds or Less” and How to Connect in Business in 90 Seconds or Less.” They helped tremendously with improving my communication skills and taught me how to create instant relationships with people regardless of their personality. I highly recommend them to anyone. Plus the guy on the CD has a cool European accent which makes it easy to listen to.
