Here at BB3 Personal Training & Performance Center, we know there is an art and science to physical change. The Superman Challenge Boot camp is where the Art and Science come together. With specific work:rest ratios designed to increase GH levels and burn fat, our peeps get lean and mean and have a great time in the process (just look at their faces LOL!).     YEAH BABY!!!! Bring it!!! BB3 Bootcamp is the BOMB! bring a towel and come out! You get an a#* kickin work out that not only improves your functional strength, speed, agility and endurance, but you’ll sculpt the hell out of your bod!! There’s no CRYING AT BOOTCAMP!!! 😀
