A lot of people say they are going to do a 30 day or 90 day program but what happens after that?

Almost always the person falls back to where they were.

This is especially true when it comes to eating healthy.

If you don’t find a way to enjoy eating healthy then

whatever results you do achieve will be short-lived.

You must enjoy what you are eating.


So often we are taught that eating to lose fat has to

be a struggle.  That you have to suffer.

That’s bullshit.

The truth is that eating clean is challenging.

Lets face it, any time you break a habit and create new one

requires some effort.

Suffering though is  a choice.
