True Secrets to Attaining True Physical Fitness

Everyone is looking for the extra edge to lose extra weight, lower their body fat percentage, or just get healthier. People are looking for the pill, potion or powder to take them to the next level. I am going to let you in on some secrets that will help you get the edge you need to breakthrough 2011. Let’s look at four simple steps that are guaranteed to get you the secret edge to attaining your physical goals.

Self Love

You have to start with yourself. You must believe that you deserve to have all the wonderful things this life has to offer. Many of us beat ourselves up when we don’t hit a goal. It is good to be “type A” sometimes, but we need to have balance. If you are always coming down on yourself you’re not allowing your self to gain the extra edge.

There are plenty of people in the world who don’t want you to hit your goals. You don’t need yourself to be another one of those. If you don’t hit your goal, reassess where you are at and start over. Get right back to it and it will come. It takes time and persistence.

Attitude

You must maintain the proper attitude. If you get into the negative state of mind it just slows you down from hitting your goals. The first thing you have to do is build the belief that you can succeed at what you are looking to do. If you get negative you are stealing that belief. That makes it ten times harder to hit the goal.

Maintain a positive attitude that you can. It will bring the tools and ideas into your life that will help you succeed at hitting your goals.

Motivation

You must be motivated. Everyday wake up and get your mind right. Here at MorningCoach.com we do a daily fifteen minute burst of energy with our CoachCast and Compass to get you started right. It is critical to get the energy flowing first thing in the morning. This will prepare you to meet the challenges head on for the rest of the day.

If you lose a few hours in the morning by not getting your mind right you will be chasing them the rest of the day. Turn off the news and put something positive in your mind the first thing in the morning.

Meditation

To get fit you need peace of mind for healing and recovery. Stress does not help you hit goals. Reflection and silence will give you time to get the peace of mind to go forward. It will also help you in dealing with the stress you are placing your body by going after the goals. There are many benefits to meditation but one of the main ones is the ability to help you slow down as you pursue your goals.

It is amazing the tools that we have available to us as human beings. Most people blow right through their own talents by missing the mental component. We must work hard but also work smart in order to hit the goals that we are after. Too many of us are running on the hamster wheel looking for the quick fix to get off. It takes the right mental attitude and work ethic to hit massive achievement. I believe in you, now you must believe in yourself, you can do it!
